A diversity of ministries encourages women to know God’s Word so that it permeates every day life affecting a deeply personal response in both attitude and action.
The women’s ministry offers quarterly brunches providing opportunities for fellowship and instruction on spiritual and homemaking topics; annual workshops highlighting a hands-on learning environment facilitated by a handful of teachers that guide the learning experience; and women’s retreats and conferences featuring a nationally known, keynote speaker.
New Format
Women's Weekend
Held February 22nd and 23rd, 2008
Christian
women who long to know the lord and live joyful lives in His presence
must interact intimately with His written Word. But how? How does God
use His Word in our lives to cause us to change – to be conformed to
His image? These questions and others will be the focus of our 2008
workshop. Lori Degner will teach us a method for study that He has
used greatly in her life. We will have opportunities to practice and
apply this method throughout the workshop. Other teachers include
Kristi Gant, Christie Raymond, and Carol Barber. The new Friday
evening and Saturday format offers women the benefits of a retreat
atmosphere along with the study and application of a workshop.
Women of the Word
September - April
Wednesday 9:00am—11:00am
This winter, we will begin a study titled "Hope in God". Have you ever hoped that life would change or get better? Have you prayed, asking God to make it so? And then, if it perhaps did not get better, or it improved only temporarily, has your hope been shipwrecked? If so, then you are not hoping in God.. you are hoping in changed circumstances. Join us as we look to increase our hope in God by learning who He is, learning of others in the Word who have learned to hope in God, and learning to take our thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ. This "Hope in God" study aims to equip us with a biblical perspective for understanding, overcoming, and preventing depression.
Women of the Word encourages women to study God’s Word daily by offering group Bible study, praise, prayer, small-group interaction, and weekly study questions that help stimulate and encourage learning and application.
*Childcare is provided. There is also a "Kid’s Club" program for children ages 3 to K.
A Homeschool study hall will also be available. Questions? Contact the church office.

This study offers an application-focused Bible series separate from Wednesday and Tuesday. Located in the conference room at the Settle Inn in Bellevue, this Bible study helps women to explore biblical principles for daily living and apply those principles to life.
